We have new programs! Virtual programs for teens and adults can be arranged for your group. Contact us to talk about your needs. As the pandemic continues, groups of teachers, parents, and students have benefited from learning good mental health habits. You can also learn how to recognize anxiety and depression along with steps to take to help yourself and others with safety and caring. Local resources are available for those who need treatment.
