![]() Grateful in 2020 We are especially grateful to everyone who has helped spread the news of our virtual programs that teach anyone how to promote good mental health and reduce depression and anxiety. The Covid-19 pandemic has challenged everyone, and our trainings, resources, and presence are needed more than ever. Together, we must keep working to end suicide. ![]()
You can help someone who is feeling hopeless. We'll show you how to talk to someone when they need you most, keep them safe, and direct them to the help they need. Schedule a program for your school, workplace, church, synagogue, or other organization and learn how to recognize and respond to signs that someone may be thinking about suicide. Contact us ››
A wonderful donation from New Embroidery ![]() We are so grateful to have support from New Embroidery. Their donation from the profits of three beautiful, special shirts, as well as their Instagram post amplifying our message is helping to stop the stigma around mental health and suicide. Thanks, Maggie and Cole!
![]() Thanks to Dr. Lisa Morin and her terrific tech team, we were back at ODU this semester training a class of students eager to learn about mental health and suicide prevention as they prepare to become teachers. Using the chat and video features, we were able to keep the class interactive and engaging even in a virtual format. Good work. Go Monarchs!
