SMPF in action!

Just like with CPR, you can become a confident first responder with Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training. Anyone can learn what to say and save a life.

“The training has made me confident in my ability to talk to friends and people who come into our center about suicide and mental health”

— safeTALK Program Attendee

“Excellent! This topic is so taboo — this course reduced my aversion to saying the word, much less talking or asking about it. This training gave me the tools to overcome these prejudices.”

— Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Program Attendee

Thank you to the Sponsors, Supports and Attendees who helped make the 2nd Annual Ladybug Ball a HUGE Success!
